Day Six: Lunar Moth Wings (Eggnog)
Beautiful jointed lunar moth wings.
These are in a lovely cream tone but may be available in alternate colours during the event.
They utilise the backpack mechanism and can be used in conjunction with hybrid bodies or any bloom that has the back port!
So fun fact about the moth wings! Those were made from alpha’s I cleaned up, scanned from real moth wings I purchased from an ethical moth breeder (bred for quality and only harvested once the natural lifespan is over). I carefully removed the wings and mounted them for a VERY high res scan. (I have a scanner that scales up 16x or so, you can see the scales on the wings and the fibers in paper with that thing). - Chelsea QuirkyQritters
