A little look at April

APRIL

Ah April, Potentially my favourite month so far in the land of blooms. Bunnies and mice and strange rainbow tailed alien creatures! I mean, not many months could beat this one for me. Of course, its no secret that I am team fluff, so I feel this month particularly really spoke to my heart. We saw our first seedling, Pomelo Rose! A sweet little mouse based on our larger Dandelion Moon, Alula. She’s more simplified in the joints department but she’s also teenier than the other blooms, which I think is really cute.

Also the skin colours vintage plum and candied violet! i’ve always enjoyed purple but recently i’ve been obsessed with that pinky orchid shade.

We had another collaboration with quirkyqritters with the darling cinnamouse! I think this would be so much fun to customise, adding ‘icing’ and sprinkles to the unique frosting headcap.

Confetti’s tail was definitely something unique from this month. The initial plan we had for confetti was a series of larger pompoms but we couldn’t get them to work, so decided to go with something that would have a large PUFF on the end, and of course, some rainbow colours. It was a really fun and playful month and I’m certain this one will be hard to beat in terms of my favourites for this year.
