Update to Shipping Options + Terms
Hello Bee Munchers and Bloom Lovers!
This post is really important regarding the changes to all shipping on this new site. While we have offered combined shipping services since January and we know so many have used and loved this feature, it has grown quite difficult to maintain and handle. We don’t want to remove this feature entirely but we do have to find a way to organise it better.
We will now be offering 2 shipping options to 3 regions. UK, EU and International.
You will be able to choose between monthly shipping or quarterly. This means that you’ll be able to ship July, August and September blooms together and October, November, December together but it’s too hard for us to manage shipping so many orders with so many different requests. I hope you understand! The good news is that you wont have to pay for your quarterly shipping until the orders are ready to ship. Instead, an invoice will be issued to everyone who chose this option when the blooms are ready to travel to their new homes!
Monthly shoppers will need to select their shipping at time of purchase. We cannot add this on later. In the past we have had people reserve dolls but never pay their shipping fee. You will only have a window of time to pay for your shipping before your orders are cancelled and the blooms will be released back ‘into the wild’ and become available as late bloomers to those who missed out.
I’ve made a chart which should help you know how much to reserve for your shipment costs at the end of the quarter. Stickers, Keychains, wig kits, smaller pets and eyes ship free!
We’ve referred to them as blooms but this includes all seedlings and large pets too.
It should be noted that we will not be able to change the colour of your items once the order has been placed. Please don’t rush and choose wisely at checkout!
